Payments

All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Affinity Card

  • American Express

  • PayPal (and similar online methods)

Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

For any goods subject to a payment plan:

  • Your payment plan will be established and confirmed before processing your initial payment.

  • All payments within the plan are due on the date indicated in the payment invoice.

  • If a payment fails to process, you will have a 3-business-day grace period to rectify the issue.

  • Failure to resolve within the grace period results in:

    • Loss of access to course materials, private Facebook groups, and any scheduled calls.

    • A late payment fee of $25 per day, up to a maximum of $199.

    • Reinstatement is at the Company’s discretion upon payment of outstanding fees.

Billing

You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including:

  • Zip code

  • Telephone number

  • Valid payment method information

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a specified deadline, with full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated.

Fee Changes

The Company, at its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees.

Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period. The Company will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change to give You an opportunity to cancel.

Your continued use of the Service after the fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified amount.

Results Guarantee

If you implement the system, complete the assigned tasks and attend the live sessions, and you don’t earn your investment back, we will work with you at no additional cost until you earn your investment back.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. If You participate in any Promotions, please review those rules and our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

User Accounts
